My name is Stephanie Damron, R.B.T., Clinical Operations & Coverage Coordinator.

I enjoy helping people with Autism adapt and learn how to communicate and navigate the world in a less stressful, meaningful way. Understanding behaviors are communications and teaching them to communicate in a positive way, replacing the behaviors by shaping and teaching new ways to communicate their needs.

I have been working in ABA for just under a year. Before ABA I worked as a Paraprofessional in school settings and in home private care for a young adult with Autism post age out of school program. Along with several years of Early Childhood Education as Lead Daycare Teacher ages 6 weeks- Fifth grade.

Working for Bright Minds Consulting has been an amazing choice, as an R.B.T. I am helping clients learn to communicate by learning each behavior and looking at the before, during, and after behavior to determine why the behavior happened and how can we replace the behavior with communication to adapt and teach positive behaviors. Using behavior momentum and making sessions fun, exciting and new, knowing each day is a new day.

I am married and have 2 boys: Karl 9 and Daniel 6.5. In the summers we love to go camping. We have a family farm that we also visit weekly with a Horse named MoJo, and 2 goats named Baily and Bell. The boys enjoy feeding and loving on their farm animals. We also frequently have bbq’s and hang outs with cousins.
