I am dedicated to helping children and families through compassionate, individualized behavioral support. I specialize in creating positive experiences that encourage communication, confidence, emotional growth, and meaningful progress for every child I work with.
Before transitioning into behavioral health, I built a successful 15+ year career in the financial industry at a global financial institution, where I developed expertise in finance, performance tracking, goal setting, and results-driven strategy. In addition, I bring more than 15 years of business management experience, including managing and training employees across more than 10 offices while consistently performing as a top producer within my district.
My diverse professional background allows me to combine structure, leadership, and problem-solving skills with patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children and families. I believe that consistency, kindness, and understanding are the foundation for helping children succeed both at home and in everyday life.
I am known for my strong interpersonal skills and compassionate approach. I am committed to building meaningful connections with the families I serve while creating supportive environments where children can thrive.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending quality time with my children, cooking homemade meals, starting my mornings with intention, and going on walks. I value a balanced, family-centered lifestyle and strive to bring positivity and purpose into every aspect of my daily life.
