Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Registered Behavior Technicians provide direct ABA therapy services while maintaining active RBT credentialing requirements. RBTs work under supervision and support consistent implementation of behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
Candidates may apply if they:
- Hold or are pursuing RBT certification
- Can follow clinical programming with accuracy
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain ethical and confidential client practices
- Are committed to ongoing training and feedback
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Board Certified Behavior Analysts lead assessment, treatment planning, supervision, caregiver collaboration, and clinical quality oversight. BCBAs are central to ensuring services are ethical, individualized, and outcomes-driven.
Candidates may apply if they:
- Hold active BCBA certification
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise BTs, RBTs, and other clinical team members as appropriate
- Review client progress using data
- Communicate clearly with families, funders, and team members
- Follow applicable ethical, supervision, documentation, and confidentiality standards
