Hi, I’m Masha! I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017. Over the years, I’ve supported children and families across schools, homes, and clinics. My focus is on teaching meaningful skills, reducing barriers to learning, and empowering families to feel confident and supported every step of the way.

I believe every child is unique, and I work to design individualized plans that highlight each child’s strengths, address their needs, and honor their personality. Together, we’ll celebrate progress and create lasting growth—one step at a time.
