Her background includes managing multi-state billing systems, payer relations, intake processes, and clinical support operations across ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. Samantha is known for building efficient, people-centered systems that help both teams and families thrive.

As CFO, she leads the financial strategy of Bright Minds Consulting while guiding internal infrastructure, compliance, and sustainable growth. Her hands-on leadership style and deep industry knowledge ensure that the organization remains both client-focused and financially sound.
